Does Desigual offer Free Return? What are Desigual Returns & Exchange Policy? 

  • If you wish to return one or more items purchased on Desigual.com, you have 30 calendar days from the time you receive the order to return it.

  • For returns at one of Desigual's official stores, the refund will be made automatically within 3 to 5 days (to a maximum of 30 days). 

  • For returns from home or a collection point, the refund will be made automatically within 10 to 14 days from when Desigual receive the items at their warehouse (to a maximum of 30 days).

  • The refund will be made using the original payment method.

  • Desigual will send you a confirmation email as soon as the package arrives at their warehouse. Refunds will be made through the same payment method used to place the order.

  • Underwear, swimsuits and masks cannot be returned.
