What are Existential Thread Returns & Exchange
Policy?
Existential
Thread accepts return and exchange within 30 days of receipt. They does not
cover the postage cost of returning item back to them, but they will cover the
postage costs of sending your replacements out to you.
- For exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, and new as the one you received. Once the return is processed, your new order will be processed within 15 business days and shipping times vary depending on region and selected shipping method.
- For return, the postage cost is at the customer's expense. Please email them on [email protected] and make sure that the return personal information is filled in correctly and choose a formal shipping company for your package security.

Surprisingly you can get a free standard shipping on costs Over €115! Please note that the import fee may arise for bookings over €150.
- For United States, standard shipping is $10.00, tracked shipping is $13.00, international express plus carbon neutral shipping fee is subject to the destination which will pay at checkout. Surprisingly you can get a free standard shipping on costs Over $125! Please note that the import fee may arise for bookings over $800.
- For Australia, standard shipping is AU$14.00, tracked shipping is AU$27.00, international express plus carbon neutral shipping fee is subject to the destination which will pay at checkout. Surprisingly you can get a free standard shipping on costs Over $125! Please note that the import fee may arise for bookings over AU$1,000.
- For Canada, tracked shipping is CA$23.00, international express plus carbon neutral shipping fee is subject to the destination which will pay at checkout. Please note that a 5% import tax for booking over CA$20 is neeeded to pay to the local courier before you receiving your items.
