What are GS Equestrian Returns & Exchange Policy?

1. For UK customers: Returns within 30 days of receipt for a £3.95 return label; free exchanges. Items must be in their original condition, undamaged or unused. They do not accept returns on lingerie or custom products.
2. For International customers: Returns within 45 days of receipt. Return postage is at your own expense. Items will be inspected upon return and refunds or exchanges will be made if they meet the criteria. - Exchange Policy
Please note: If the item is in stock, it will be dispatched within 48 hours; if it is not in stock, a refund will be made. Exchanges can only be made for the same item (other colors are available). International customers cannot exchange products. - Other Notes
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of order placement, and must be returned after this time. In the event of lost or damaged items, they should be reported within 3 working days of delivery.

- For UK Shipping:
Free standard shipping can be offered for orders over £50, a shipping fee £3.95 for orders under £50 is required. If you want fast delivery, it will cost £5.95 for orders under £50 and your parcel will be delivered the next day if ordered before 2pm. If your order is over £50, it will cost £3.95, Parcelforce Express24 service costs £6.95. - For International Shipping:
Delivery is available to Australia, the United States, New Zealand and some EU countries (at a higher cost). The cost is automatically calculated at checkout.
Please note: All orders are tracked on arrival, all orders are processed for at least 24 hours before dispatch and remote areas may require additional processing time.
